This policy explains what information PorchLight, operated by AddJustin2, United States ("we", "us"), collects when you visit this site or buy from us, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Order information. When you buy, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your email address and payment details. We receive your email address, order details (product, price, date), and limited billing information such as country or postal code.
- Payment card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe, under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages you send us, such as support or refund emails.
- Basic analytics. We use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics service that doesn't use cookies, to count page views, campaign sources and buy-button clicks. We don't use advertising trackers.
- Server logs. Our website host may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To deliver your purchase, send your receipt, and re-send files if needed.
- To handle refunds and answer support questions.
- To keep records required for accounting and tax.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used, if analytics are enabled.
We only send marketing emails if you've chosen to receive them, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers we use to run the business (such as our payment processor, Stripe, and our website host and email provider), and only so they can provide their services to us or to you.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax, and handling refunds or disputes. We keep support emails only as long as they're useful for helping you.
Your choices and deletion requests
To see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, email AddJustin2@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep some order records where the law requires it.
Children
This site and our products are for adults running a business. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
