Refund Policy

Effective date: September 26, 2026

14-day, no-questions refund. If the Client Ops Starter Kit isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.

How to request a refund

Email AddJustin2@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase date.
Send it from the email address you used to order, or include that order email in your message, so we can find your purchase.
You don't need to give a reason.

What happens next

We issue the refund through our payment processor to your original payment method.
Once issued, the refund usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
We ask that you delete your copy of the files after a refund.

Missing or damaged files

If your download is corrupt, incomplete, or the link doesn't work, email AddJustin2@gmail.com with your order email and we'll send a fresh copy. You can still ask for a refund instead if you're within the 14 days.

Purchases made through a marketplace

If you bought the kit through a marketplace (for example Gumroad) rather than this site, you can request a refund through that marketplace's order page or email us. The marketplace processes the refund under its own system.
