Terms & License

Effective date: September 26, 2026

These terms cover purchases of PorchLight digital products, including the Client Ops Starter Kit (the "kit"), from this site. PorchLight is operated by AddJustin2, United States ("we", "us"). By buying or using the kit, you agree to these terms.

1. What you're buying

The kit is a digital download: a ZIP file of 22 plain Markdown (.md) files containing templates, copy-paste AI prompts, worked examples, and a checklist for freelancers. The files open in any text editor and can be pasted into tools like Notion, Google Docs or Word. The price is $29 USD, one-time; any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout. No physical item is shipped, and no subscription is created.

2. License

When you buy the kit, you (the buyer) get a perpetual, non-transferable license to use it for your personal use and your own client work.

You may not:

Need team or agency use? Each person using the kit needs their own license, or contact us to ask about other options.

3. Not legal, tax, or financial advice

The kit contains business templates and AI prompts that produce drafts. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and it is not a lawyer-reviewed contract. Laws vary by location. Have a qualified professional review anything you intend to be binding before you rely on it. You're responsible for what you send to your clients.

4. AI prompts

The prompts work with general-purpose AI chat assistants. No AI account or subscription is included. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, so review every draft before you use it. Don't paste confidential client information into AI tools unless you're allowed to.

5. Digital delivery

Payment is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. After a successful payment you're taken to a download page for the ZIP file, and you receive a payment receipt by email from our payment processor. If you have any trouble downloading, email AddJustin2@gmail.com with your order email and we'll send the files again.

6. Refunds

We offer a 14-day, no-questions refund. See our Refund Policy for how to request one.

7. No guarantees

Results such as winning projects or getting paid on time depend on your own work, pricing, and clients. We don't promise any particular result.

8. Limitation of liability

The kit is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows:

Some places don't allow these limits, so they apply only as far as your local law permits. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you bought the kit applies to that purchase.
